Detection and counting of all mobility
MOBY® makes it possible to detect and measure the flow of all types of mobility, traveling on mixed or dedicated lanes, as well as on sidewalks and pedestrian crossings. MOBY® combines video shooting and Artificial Intelligence specially designed by Fareco, which allows the identification of each type of mobility: pedestrians, bicycles and motorized vehicles.
The classified count
The data collected by MOBY provides regional technical services with a classified count of urban traffic, in real or delayed time.
This data makes it possible to:
- Secure traffic light intersections and pedestrian crossings
- Regulate traffic favoring active modes of travel
- Guide decision-making and identify necessary urban developments
Specially designed artificial intelligence
Detection of vehicles and bicycles can sometimes prove difficult, due to the diversity of road configuration, problems of masking, juxtaposition of elements and shadows.
Our engineering teams have specifically trained the A.I. Fareco to recognize the silhouettes of various types of mobility; in a real urban traffic context.
The solution which comes in 2 versions
Each version offers software and hardware specially designed to adapt to the needs of counting, classification and regulation, in real or delayed time:
- MOBY “Lite”: for temporary or permanent counting campaigns
- MOBY “Real time” to secure and better regulate traffic and traffic light intersections
