Magnetometer sensor
The FARECO magnetometer sensor offers a battery life of 7 to 10 years (durations tested in the field). It is installed in the ground by coring and does not exceed the level of the roadway, allowing the passage of snow plows or cleaning machines without any risk of damage.
Ease of installation and use
It is a wireless sensor that communicates by radio waves (868MHz). Very compact (90mm in diameter, 50mm in height) it can be installed in less than 15 minutes (coring included). IP68 certified and therefore perfectly waterproof.
This sensor is particularly suitable for detection on roads or in surface car parks (in the heart of cities). It fits naturally into the ToPark system.
High Precision 98%
The FARECO magnetometer sensor has an accuracy close to 98%.
It works with both light and heavy vehicles and is compatible with the SCC400 and ZEPHYR counting stations for road counting.
